The Padel Row was founded with a clear purpose: to bring people together through padel while offering a professional and personalized training experience.

With more than 15 years of international coaching experience, Bernat (CEO & Head Coach) has worked with players from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds, and these experiences have shaped a coaching philosophy that goes beyond on-court improvement.

What truly matters to us is helping players connect with the game and better understand themselves on court, building their own identity so they can gain confidence, make clearer decisions, and progress in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

Naturally, we work on technique, tactics, and game situations, but the real purpose goes deeper: helping players think, feel, and play with more clarity and awareness.

This is not a traditional academy; every experience we deliver is different — different people, different energy, different dynamics.

Our goal is to create an environment where players feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to grow while sharing meaningful experiences with others who share the same passion for padel.

Damien brings an international background and a strong belief that padel is a powerful way to create connection and belonging. Having experienced the challenges of starting over in new environments, he sees padel as a bridge that helps people integrate and build community.
